Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the kbaji platform in any capacity — whether as a registered account holder or as a visitor — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by kbaji, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, account management, deposit and withdrawal processing, and promotional offers.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the kbaji platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Eligibility

Use of the kbaji platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. kbaji enforces a minimum age of 21 for all account holders without exception. Proof of age will be required during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You are not a resident of or accessing the platform from any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from kbaji or had a kbaji account closed for terms violation.
• You are not an employee, contractor, consultant, director, or officer of kbaji or any of its affiliated entities, nor are you a close family member of any such individual.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or undue influence when accepting these Terms & Conditions.

kbaji reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by kbaji may result in account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or permanent account closure.

Account Registration

To access the full range of kbaji services, you must register a personal account on the platform. The following rules govern the account registration process:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold one single account on kbaji. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, kbaji reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets, and forfeit any bonuses or promotional credits held within those accounts.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. kbaji reserves the right to close accounts and withhold funds where registration information is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent.

3.3 KYC Verification

kbaji is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawal requests. The KYC process may require submission of one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence); a proof of address document issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence); and, where applicable, documentation confirming the source of funds used for deposits. kbaji may request additional documentation at its sole discretion.

3.4 Account Currency

All kbaji accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus amounts are all processed and displayed in BDT using the ৳ symbol. No currency conversion is required or applied for Bangladeshi players depositing via local payment methods.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kbaji account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number or email address. kbaji will never request your password via email, live chat, SMS, or any other communication channel.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party, allow any third party to access your account, or operate your account on behalf of another person. Any activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been authorised by you, regardless of whether you were aware of or consented to that specific action.

In the event that you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify kbaji's customer support team immediately by emailing [email protected]. kbaji will take reasonable steps to assist with account recovery and investigation, but accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

kbaji accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers to and from Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Visa and Mastercard card payments are also accepted where available. kbaji reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transaction Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum transaction limits vary by payment method and account verification status. 5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by kbaji within one (1) to three (3) business days of approval, subject to successful completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. kbaji reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed specified thresholds, which may extend processing times. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit to the account, unless kbaji expressly approves an alternative method in writing.

5.4 No Money Laundering

kbaji operates a strict anti-money-laundering (AML) policy. Depositing funds onto the platform for any purpose other than genuine gambling activity is prohibited. kbaji monitors all transactions for suspicious activity and will report any transactions that raise AML concerns to applicable authorities. Accounts found to be engaged in money laundering or related financial crime will be immediately suspended, and all funds will be frozen pending investigation and reporting.

Bonuses & Promotions

kbaji offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a kbaji account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated clearly in the promotion's individual terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.

6.2 One Bonus Per Account

Each promotional offer is available once per eligible account unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — whether via a single account or multiple accounts — constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

kbaji reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotional offer at its sole discretion. Bonuses are not transferable between accounts and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. kbaji reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any changes do not adversely affect bonuses already credited to player accounts where wagering is already in progress.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

Behaviour that kbaji determines, in its sole reasonable discretion, to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to hedging bets across multiple accounts, exploiting promotional structures through low-risk mathematical strategies, or coordinating with other players to exploit offers — will result in the immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on kbaji are subject to acceptance by kbaji. kbaji reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event with an obvious pricing error, where a bet exceeds applicable limits, or where kbaji has reason to suspect that the bet was placed on the basis of insider information or match manipulation.

7.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for BPL matches, the ICC for international cricket, FIFA for football). kbaji will use all reasonable efforts to settle bets promptly following the conclusion of the relevant event. In cases where the official result is disputed or delayed, kbaji reserves the right to delay settlement pending confirmation of the official outcome.

7.3 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event that kbaji posts odds or markets that contain a manifest error — including but not limited to clearly incorrect odds, inverted selections, or incorrect event information — kbaji reserves the right to void all bets placed on the affected market and return stakes to the relevant accounts. kbaji will not honour winnings generated as a result of a manifest error in odds or market data.

7.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events at kbaji's discretion. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and all bets are subject to acceptance at the time the bet request is submitted. kbaji reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time, including during live action, and to void bets that were accepted after an event outcome had already been determined due to data feed delays.

Casino & Games

kbaji's casino section provides access to live dealer games supplied by Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and a slots library supplied by Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and other certified game providers. • Providing false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Attempting to place bets or access games while subject to a self-exclusion order.

• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse, charge-back, or fraudulently dispute legitimate deposit transactions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing kbaji customer support staff or other players.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other means of obfuscating your true geographic location, where doing so is intended to circumvent eligibility restrictions.

Intellectual Property

All content on the kbaji platform — including but not limited to the kbaji brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of kbaji or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You may not reproduce, copy, republish, upload, transmit, distribute, adapt, or commercially exploit any content from the kbaji platform without the prior written consent of kbaji. Unauthorised use of kbaji's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kbaji's total liability to any account holder in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of the net deposits made by that account holder in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

kbaji shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the kbaji platform, regardless of whether such losses were foreseeable or whether kbaji had been advised of the possibility of such losses.

kbaji does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. kbaji shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party payment processing delays, provided that kbaji has taken all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and resolve issues promptly.

Privacy & Data

kbaji collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions. By registering an account on kbaji, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

kbaji may be required to share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, payment processors, and KYC verification service providers in the course of operating the platform and complying with applicable legal obligations. In all such cases, data sharing will be conducted in accordance with the principles set out in the Privacy Policy.

Amendments to These Terms

kbaji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under kbaji's international offshore operating licence. kbaji operates as an international offshore platform and is not subject to any specific Bangladeshi domestic gambling regulatory framework.

In the event of a dispute between you and kbaji arising from your use of the platform, kbaji's customer support team should be contacted in the first instance at [email protected]. kbaji will make all reasonable efforts to resolve disputes informally and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the informal process, the matter will be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitral body specified in kbaji's operating licence terms.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory consumer protection legislation.
